Should you cancel your booking 14 days or more before arrival a full refund will be given
Should you cancel or amend your booing within 14 days of arrival then the deposit will be lost. We will do our utmost to try and resell your room, if this is done then the £100 deposit can be used against another booking taken within 6 months.
If you fail to turn up on your confirmed arrival date you are liable to us for the full value of your booking.
We strongly advise you take out travel insurance for example should the ferries or hovercraft not be running due to bad weather.
In the unlikely event the hotel is unable to fulfil your reservation then a full refund of the deposit will be made.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if no deposit payment has been taken.
